Printing problems
Contact the team with your order number, a description, and photos when possible. The shop will review production errors, shipping damage, and next steps.
Check before ordering
Review file versions, dimensions, quantities, and scaling before payment. Fit to sheet changes scale. Revised drawings require a new order.
Cancellation requests
Contact the shop quickly. Production may begin immediately, so changes and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Cancelling production does not automatically refund a payment; the shop processes approved refunds through the payment provider.
