Your information
Fulfillment uses your contact, company, project, delivery, and payment-reference information. Stripe collects card details; this application does not store them.
Private files
Original PDFs are stored privately for production use. Downloads are restricted to authorized staff systems; uploading plans does not grant access to administrative resources or shop systems.
Retention
The shop configures a 30–90 day retention period. After expiry, originals are removed through the cleanup process. Order/payment records may remain for accounting purposes.
Guest orders
Guest checkout uses a secure browser session only while placing an order. Customer order-history pages are not offered on this site. Contact the shop for privacy or record requests.
